For Cooperating Teacher(s) and Professor:

(1) Observations

1st observation reports February 12
2nd observation reports March 19
3rd observation reports April 30

note: one of the observations is conducted jointly, but submitted separately by cooperating teacher and RIC.

(2) The 1 page front cover sheet of the OBSERVATION REPORT (with proper signatures and dates of the three observations) will be submitted to OPP (the Office of School Partnerships and Placements) ON OR BEFORE May 14. (end of student teaching assignment)

(3) The cooperating teachers complete and submit Evaluation of the College Supervisor and Student Teaching Final Evaluation ON OR BEFORE May 18, 2010.

For Student Teachers:

Full and Complete Teacher Candidate Work Sample (digital format) is due to OPP ON OR BEFORE May 7, 2010 ​!!!!!**
